Ties. Lots & Lots of Ties
Instead of going into lots of detail here, just head over to Making My Tennant Suit and you can find more info than you will ever need about all of his ties. Anyone choosing to cosplay the 10th Doctor should remember as a guideline that the brown suit has brown ties, and the blue suit has burgundy/maroon ties. Therefore, if you are unable to afford the actual screen accurate tie, this guideline should go a long way in helping you get the right look.Femme & Other Alts
As with many of the characters in the Whovian universe, femme alts and cross-gender cosplays are greatly welcome and encouraged. With these alts, your imagination is the limit - steampunk, Victorian, renaissance, aprons, My Little Pony (Doctor Whooves), or anything else you can think of. As long as enough of the key identifiers are there, fellow Whovians will know who you are.
